We took Ryan to the Rockhampton Zoo, within the Botanic Gardens, today.
While it is fairly small, they have quite a variety of animals, and they have just finished a new chimpanzee enclosure. The animals include:
Kylie seems to have recovered from her ‘brush with death’ in the caves yesterday (I’ll pay for that comment).
We’ve quite enjoyed Rockhampton and it’s good that the rain has stayed away for a few days. Despite the Tsunami warnings this morning, nothing eventuated!!
